The Role


We are looking for a proactive First Interaction Officer to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations and provide support to our People, Office and Finance team. This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and who thrives in a fast-paced, innovative environment


What You’ll Do

  • Support office operations, including purchases, supplies, and vendor coordination;

  • Assist with incoming and outgoing correspondence and deliveries;

  • Provide administrative support to internal teams, including scheduling when needed;

  • Assist the Finance team with expense reports, invoices, and document management;

  • Help maintain accurate filing and company records;

  • Assist the People Team with sourcing activities;

  • Follow up with external partners and service providers when required;

  • Contribute to creating a positive and efficient workplace environment.


What We’re Looking For

- Good communication skills in Portuguese and English;

- Comfortable using productivity tools (Google Workspace or MS Office);
