Digital Assistant Wins Portugal Digital Awards
Developed using Artificial Intelligence, CAIXA is the Caixadirecta app Digital Assistant, enabling customers to manage their personal finances via voice in real time.
It leverages natural language processing and powerful adaptive algorithms to provide information and execute a wide range of transactions—such as checking balances and account history, unlocking the Caixadirecta service, making transfers and utility payments, or applying for loan moratoriums and personal credit.
CAIXA learns and evolves through every customer interaction and is available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week.
The Digital Assistant has already served over 1.35 million customers, who rely on this service as an alternative to in-person support, allowing them to manage their day-to-day finances quickly, simply, and efficiently.
